Ken Edwards is an American potter who lived and worked in the Guadalajara area for many years (we understand he has moved on to Guatemala).  Ken Edwards has a unique style that is often imitated in less expensive wares.  His pieces are done in soft blues, greens and browns using elements from the natural world as decoaration.  The humming bird is one of his iconic themes and is predominately painted on this vase.  An official Ken Edwards piece is signed with KE in a circle.  His graceful pieces add elegance to any home or table.  This is a wonderful piece for a serious collector
