Normally priced at $440.00, this is a wonderful opportunity to get a terrific deal on an original and very impressive piece by Armando Jimenez, nephew of Grand Master Manuel Jimenez, and Grand Master in his own right. This is a very large polar bear complete with fish. The body is painted white with black dashes. The face is artfully done complete with sharp eye teeth.
The polar bear cracked one foot and broke an ankle on another side. Repairs have been made, but due to the damage, this piece is being offered for 50% off! To view close ups of the repairs, click on the photo above. The repairs are much less apparent than these photos show, barely visible when the polar bear is standing in place. This piece has a slightly different stance than the one shown in the photo. The right leg is off the ground with the ankle bent back as if stepping forward.
